DOA Guarantee

  • 📸 Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the coral still sealed in the original bag.
  • 🚫 Don’t discard anything until we approve your claim — we may ask for more photos/video.
  • 💳 Refunds issued as store credit; shipping is non-refundable.
  • ✨ Claims outside 24 hours aren’t eligible.

Local Porch Pickup

  • 📦 Pickup at 11065 Maroon Bells Drive, Caldwell, Idaho 83605 — we’ll text/email to confirm a day & time.
  • 📍 Please arrive within your window; message us if you’re running late.
  • ❄️ Bagged, labeled, and temperature-controlled until pickup.
