We keep everything clear and fair — whether your corals ship overnight or you swing by for local pickup.
Live Arrival & 15-Day Health Guarantee
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the coral still sealed in the original bag and inside the shipping box.
- Please don't discard the coral, bag, or box until we review your claim. We may request extra photos or video.
- Approved DOA claims are issued a full refund for the coral cost.
- If a coral declines within 15 days, contact us with photos and basic tank parameters. We help with store credit or a replacement when it's clearly not a tank-issue.
- Not covered: tank crashes, major parameter swings, equipment failures, or livestock aggression.
Local Porch Pickup (Caldwell, ID)
- Pickup location: 11065 Maroon Bells Drive, Caldwell, Idaho 83605 — we'll confirm a pickup day and time.
- Please arrive during your scheduled window; message us if you're running late.
